[CCSM-LandWG] CLM2.1 released

Hello everyone,

A new version of the Community Land Model (CLM2.1) was released on
February 10, 2003. CLM2.1 incorporates new hierarchical subgrid data
structures
and produces only roundoff level changes when compared to CLM2.0. Please
