[CCSM-LandWG] CCSM LMWG experiments

Dear members of the CCSM Land Model Working Group,

We will be submitting a new request for CSL computer resources for the 
CCSM Land Model Working Group in the near future.  We would like to take 
the opportunity to ask for your input regarding simulations that you 
would like to perform with these resources to investigate land processes 
or land model improvements.  The period that this proposal will cover is 
June 2009-November 2010.

If interested, could you please supply us with the following information:

1. Name of proposed simulation experiment
2. A paragraph describing the scientific justification
    for the experiment.
3. Model resolution and configuration (e.g. coupled CAM/CLM,
    standalone CLM, etc.; standard resolutions are 1.9x2.5 and 0.5x0.5).
4. Length and number of integrations desired.

Please provide this information by November 5 (see email addresses 
below, sorry for the short time before the deadline). We will prioritize 
these experiments based on our target LMWG CSL allocation and the amount 
of computational resources requested.
