Phase I registration will close this Friday, 4/13/12.  You should 
register in this group if you are requesting travel assistance to be 
able to attend the workshop.  This group also includes CGD staff who do 
not have their own program funds.

Phase I registration for the CESM Workshop is now open.  Go to:

An agenda will be sent as soon as it is available.

Who should register in this phase?  Anyone who is requesting travel 
assistance to be able to attend the workshop.  This group includes CGD 
staff who do not have their own program funds.  This phase will close on 
Friday, 13 April 2012.

Phase II will open on Monday, 16 April 2012.  This phase is for members 
of the CAB, SSC, and Working Group Co-Chairs.  This phase will close on 
Monday, 30 April 2012.

Phase III will open on Tuesday, 1 May 2012.  This phase is for those who 
pay their own way to the workshop.  It includes CGD staff who have their 
own program funds.

The CESM workshop will be held 18-21 June 2012 at The Village in 
Breckenridge, CO.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Please note that presentation requests will be handled a little 
differently this year.  All presentations (poster or talk in a working 
group session) will be requested in the registration.  Working group 
co-chairs will use this information to build the agenda for their 
working group session and/or assign poster presentations.  Because of 
limited space in the poster session and limited time in the working 
group session, your request does not guarantee a presentation.  You will 
be contacted by 1 June 2012 regarding the acceptance and format of your 
presentation.
