[CCSM-Ocean] 16th Annual CESM Workshop Registration Information

  Good morning,

Registration for the 16th Annual CESM Workshop is coming soon!  This 
year's workshop will once again be held at The Village in Breckenridge, 
CO.  The dates are Monday, 6/20/11 through Thursday, 6/23/11.

We are excited to be back at The Village this year, because we will be 
able to have a formal poster session. Registration will be processed in 
phases again this year.  All registrations will be submitted online via 
RegOnline.  The registration fee will be $100.

The first phase will begin on Monday, 28 March 2011 and will include 
those participants who need to request some travel assistance to be able 
to attend the workshop.  We are typically able to provide ground 
transportation and hotel accommodation.  This group will also include 
CGD staff members who do not have their own program funds.  Registration 
for this group will close on Friday, 15 April 2011.  You will be 
notified by the end of April regarding funding decisions.

The second phase will begin on Monday, 18 April 2011 and is intended to 
be only for members of the CESM Advisory Board, Scientific Steering 
Committee, and Working Group Co-Chairs.  Registration for this group 
will close on Friday, 29 April 2011.

The third phase will begin on Monday, 2 May 2011 and will be for all 
general workshop participants who pay their own expenses.  This group 
will also include CGD staff members who have their own travel funds.  
Registration for CGD staff will close on Friday, 13 May 2011.  
Registration will remain open for general workshop participants.

Please pay close attention to when the various phases open and close and 
make sure you are registering in the phase that applies to you.  Email 
will be sent announcing when each phase opens and closes.
