Subject: [CCSM-Polar] CSL - Polar Climate Working Group resources

Dear members of the CCSM Polar Climate Working Group,

We will be submitting a new request for CSL computer resources
for the CCSM Polar Climate Working Group in the near future.
As such, we ask for your input regarding simulations that you
would like to perform with these resources to investigate
polar-related processes or polar climate model improvements
for CCSM.

If interested, could you please supply us with the
following information:

1. Name of proposed simulation experiment
2. Whether this is a development or production simulation,
 where a development run is to test new model physics/capabilities.
3. A brief paragraph describing the scientific justification
 for the experiment.
4. Model resolution and configuration (coupled, ice-only, etc.).
5. Length and number of integrations desired.

Please provide this information by August 10 (see email addresses
below). We will prioritize these experiments based on our target
PCWG CSL allocation and the amount of computational resources
requested.
