Hi Peter,

Since the monthly allocations will go down and we will not be resetting usage, 
I will raise the threshholds for CCSM for the 30-day for one month and for the
90-day for 2-3 months, so that prior use at the higher rate will not penalize
CCSM as long as future use is at the allocated rate.

Short Queues During Holidays

During the holidays CISL encourages users to submit additional work to
the lower priority queues on blueice, bluevista, and lightning.  Jobs
run in the economy queue are charged at half of the regular queue
rate.  Jobs in the stand-by queue is charged at one-tenth of the
regular queue rate.  It is an excellent time to advance your research
and save some GAUs!
