All, 

Ginger Caldwell offered, and I have accepted, that the CCSM Production 
allocation has been increased by 10% for March, April and May, and 
will be decreased by 10% in June, July and August.  Thus, we are back 
in buisness on Production, because our 90 day usage is now down to 
100% from 110% yesterday.  This seemed to me a good solution to the 
situation where our Production allocation was oversubscribed,
