Hi Peter,

We raised CCSM Science to 150% last week.  CCSM Science is getting close to
going over that limit.

**Can you ask people to pull back now so we can gradually lower the 30 day limit
back to its normal value?  There is a lot of time in the lower priority queues
(economy and stand-by).  I would especially encourage people to try stand-by and
see if the turnaround meets their needs.
