Hello everyone,

A virtual meeting of the CCSM Software Engineering Working Group is 
scheduled for Friday 3/16/07.  We hope many of you will join us via 
access grid and conference call.  (Local attendees will meet in the Mesa 
Lab's VisLab.)  Please take a look at the agenda, linked below.  Details 
for the access grid and conference call are at the top of the agenda.  
We request that you give us a heads up at doremire at ucar.edu to let us 
know that you plan to participate by access grid.  Also, we would like 
to have presentations loaded up in advance.  Please send those to me as 
well; it would be helpful to have them Wednesday the 14th.

Hello everyone,

There have been a number of questions about how and when to provide 
presentations for the CCSM Software Engineering Working Group meeting 
tomorrow.  Hopefully this will help. 

*Start time:* 
The meeting will begin at 8:30 MDT. 

*Presentations:* 
Things will go much smoother if I have your presentations today to load 
up in advance.  Since I haven't received any :^), I'll assume most of 
you need more time.  /*Local guests*/ may bring their presentations on a 
USB drive and load them up on the laptop provided in the VisLab between 
8am and 8:30am.  Because webcast software will be running on that 
laptop, we aren't going to be able to have you swap out your own 
laptops.  (/*Mac users*/--let me suggest that you save your ppt 
presentations to pdf to avoid messed up fonts or, test and tweak them on 
a Windows machine in advance.)  /*Non-local guests*/, I will need to 
have your presentations waiting in my inbox no later than 8am Mountain 
Time on Friday in order to get them loaded for you.  A local attendee 
will be glad to advance your slides as you are speaking./  /For those of 
you who would like to /*present from web pages*/, please send the links 
you would like to use and we will bookmark them using tabs so they are 
ready to go.  We're glad to bring up the pages you're interested in as 
you're speaking.  /All presenters, please begin your file names with 
your last names./
