[CF-metadata] Ids

Hi,
I've just found that the standard name list (
http://www.cgd.ucar.edu/cms/eaton/cf-metadata/standard_name.xml
<http://www.cgd.ucar.edu/cms/eaton/cf-metadata/standard_name.xml>  )will not
validate correctly due to duplicate entries of
"surface_downwelling_longwave_flux" in an alias id. 
The type of xs:ID will not allow this (see

<http://www.w3.org/TR/2000/WD-xml-2e-20000814#NT-TokenizedType>  ).
