[CF-metadata] CF standard_names for sea water pressure and sound intensity

I just want to note how rich and nuanced the discussion about these 
standard names often are.

How can we capture this in the CF table? Can we add 1) a description 
paragraph. and 2) links to email discussions, references etc ?
