Dear cf-metadata,

 I propose additional standard names.
To separate them from my previous proposals I continue the numbering from 
my last emails.

20. tendency_of_dry_energy_of_atmosphere_layer, W m-2
21. tendency_of_atmosphere_water_vapor_content_due_to_convection, kg m-2 
s-1
22. tendency_of_atmosphere_water_vapor_content, kg m-2 s-1
23. snow_thermal_energy, J m-2
