[CF-metadata] cell_methods

Suppose a forecast model calculates the daily maximum of the two meter 
temperature. The time step of the model is 300s (that makes 288 time steps 
or 2 meter temperature values per day). Thus it is not a continous 
quantity.
>From the examples in the CF1.0-Conventions document the cell_methods 
attribute should look like this:
cell_methods='time: maximum (interval: 300 s)'

Right?
