With regards to the difficulty of making decisions, setting time limits and
leaving discussion threads open, I thought that we had a technological fix
for these problems: the Trac system.  http://cf-pcmdi.llnl.gov/trac/  The
new web page was to provide task tickets with well stated objectives and
time lines for decisions.  Why are we not using those methods yet?
