Let me just comment on your point 3:

There is no discussion at this wiki anymore to my knowledge, it has been 
used in the beginning for the HTAP names, but the discussion shifted  than
to the CF mailing list. Some of the information on this site is 
out-dated, since I do not have the time anymore to moderate this.

The wiki can however be re-activated I guess for internal discussions, 
just create an account and start working.
