a couple of thoughts after the meeting

1) can you look at 129 to see what the SMB is in this case?  Do you
need to have a few more years?
2) it might be worth to do the albedo tuning in 129 since, according to
Dave, the Arctic vegetation will not change (and so the T response we are
seeing now should be staying).
